Is the voice test really free?
Yes. Recording, analysis, and the emailed preview are free. You pay only if you unlock a full report.
What’s the difference between $1 and $10 / month?
$1 adds 1 credit for one full report, with no recurring charge. $10 / month bills monthly and adds 25 credits each billing month. 1 credit = 1 full report.
Do unused credits expire?
Monthly credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. A purchased one-time credit stays on the account until you use it.
Do my reports stay in my account?
Yes for paid reports. Unlocked full reports stay in Your reports so you can reopen them and download the PDF. We keep the scores and transcript, not the recording. Free previews are kept for 24 hours.
How do I cancel a membership?
Cancel from My account. PayPal will not bill you again. Remaining credits stay available until the end of the current period.
What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal checkout — PayPal balance or cards that PayPal supports in your country. Receipts come from PayPal; we also email the report to the address you enter at checkout.
